OVERVIEW:- TRAXIT TWIN ARM MIXER CUM KNEADER can also be called as NIVERSAL MIXERas it can be used for mixing of products in various phases. i.e free flowing solids, liquids, light pastes, heavy pastes, doughs etc. FEATURES:-
1) Choice of Operating Conditions;- Container can be designed for operating under positive pressure or under vacuum, can be provided with cooling or heating jacket arrangement.
2) Types of mixing Element:- a) Sigma blade b) Double Nobben c) 180º Spiral Which can be furnished based on application.
3) Choice of Discharge:- a) The product after being processed is generally discharged by tilting the trough around the mixing arm. b) The tilting depends on size of equipment & the clients requirement, can be effected i) Manually ii) Electro- mechanically iii) Hydraulically
4) Capacity:- Sigma mixers can be supplied from laboratory models having brim capacity 3 Ltrs to production model 3000 Liters.
